Byron Hutto MD
Medical Director
Dr. Hutto earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, and his bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Okla. Dr. Hutto is board-certified in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine. He specializes in family medicine and has special interests and experience in geriatric and behavioral health. He has been practicing medicine since 2003.
Dr Hutto is also a primary care provider with Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group. He has a huge heart for his community and a wonderful part of our team.

Josie Ribelin
Flagstaff Hospice Director
Josie is a Flagstaff local; her family has been in Flagstaff since the early 1970's. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University. Prior to her passion of working in Hospice she worked in home health and internal medicine. One of the big things Josie loves about her job is being able to help support and care for people in her community that have often had such an impact on her life or the lives of people she cares for. You will likely see her out in the community at events as she also volunteers as a Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, the Memory Cafe (Majestic Mountain Cafe) Committee Chair for the Northern Arizona Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance (NAZADA), she also facilitates a support group at The Bluffs for caregivers of individuals with memory loss such as dementia and/or Alzheimer's disease.
